Yes. The first consultation — by phone, video, or a brief on-site walkthrough — is free with no obligation, so we can scope your needs before any paid work begins.
How quickly will I hear back after I submit a request?
Lawson personally reviews every request and confirms your exact appointment time — usually the same day, and always within one business day.
Can I book an on-site visit or does it have to be virtual?
Both are available. Choose "On-site at my facility," "Video call," or "Phone call" as your meeting type when you book, and Lawson will confirm logistics with you directly.
What if I need to reschedule?
